Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 30 days of check-in.
• For cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in, a credit note will be issued instead of a cash refund. This credit note may be used within 90 days from the date of issue, subject to mutual discussion and date availability with management. This will depend on property to property and will be at property management's discretion.
• To qualify for the refundable policy, 100% payment must be made at the time of booking confirmation.
• In any other case, the booking will be treated as non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Any add-ons, special arrangements, meals, or event-related services confirmed with the booking will also follow the same cancellation terms unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Refunds, where applicable under special approval, will be processed after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
• The management reserves the right to modify dates or issue credit notes only after mutual discussion and subject to availability.
• No-shows, last-minute cancellations, and unused services after check-in are strictly non-refundable.
• Please review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking, as all reservations are subject to the above terms.
