Eligibility and comparison rules

• The compared rate must be publicly available online for the same villa, stay dates, and guest count.
• The compared rate must include the same inclusions, cancellation terms, and payment conditions.
• The lower price guarantee is only applicable if enquiry from customer for the same villa, same dates and other inclusion is enquired with LonaVilla team first
• Evidence of the lower rate (screenshot or link with timestamp) must be submitted for review

Exclusions

• Rates from member-only, loyalty, coupon, corporate, or closed-user offers are excluded.
• Offline quotes, package deals, and bundled transportation or activity rates are excluded.
• Price differences caused by currency conversion, taxes, or payment gateway charges are excluded.
• Typographical errors, flash-sale glitches, or non-bookable rates are not eligible.

How to submit a claim

• Share your booking reference and lower-rate evidence with LonaVilla support.
• Submit the claim through official support channels before the eligibility window expires.
• Our team verifies property, inclusions, and policy parity with the compared listing.
• If approved, LonaVilla matches the eligible rate on your direct booking.
